announce Public Meetings to address proposed plantings of

GENETICALLY MODIFIED  CROPS

at Park Farm, Nairn, and Seafield Farm, Smithton

will be held at

Culloden Academy Theatre
at 7.30pm on Thursday 15th March

and

Nairn Academy
at 7.30 pm on Friday 16th March

Local residents are invited to hear arguments for and against testing GM crops in the Highlands, and to contribute to the Scottish Executive consultation process.

Speakers invited include Scottish Executive, Aventis Crop Science,
farming, beekeeping and local community interests.
